Kagen Leads On Invasive Species Threat

(WASHINGTON, D.C.) Congressman Steve Kagen, M.D. is leading Congress to take on the threat of invasive species in the Great Lakes.

Kagen chaired a hearing on the Impact of Aquatic Invasive Species on the Great Lakes, held by the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee’s Subcommittee on Water Resources and the Environment.

In his opening remarks, Kagen addressed the impact of invasive species on our. region’s economy, its fish and wildlife, and our quality of life.
